Praying for ReBoot AB 2019
Day 1
Dear friends…
It’s like coming home … our 6th year of ReBoot Alberta, at Ambrose University & Seminary, hosted by The Jaffray Centre for Global Initiatives! Our grateful thanks to two beautiful people who host us so well: Lauren Goldbeck & Charlie Cook!
Lots of anticipation … our staff are excited to see this week come together! 8 of 9 staff have served numerous years. We love experiencing this week together with MKs. We love seeing God at work in our own lives and in those He’s entrusted to us for a ‘brief’ week together!
Anticipation around the joy of working together again! Our team bonds very quickly, stepping into action, responding to a variety of needs, transparently sharing our hearts with each other.
Our morning was a buzz of activities…Welcome gifts lovingly prepared; rooms marked with creative nametags; food, snacks and fun eats bought and deposited in the dorms; staff greeting MKs at the airport…
Today’s highlights …
icebreaker games, Canadian Culture 101 (3 teams pitted against each other playing a Jeopardy-style game), and a relaxed panel answering questions on just about anything! Oh yes…and eating together!

ReBoot AB staff
Meet 2 of our staff:
Heather Ann Braun | Co-Director; MK
Heather Ann lived in Ukraine and Russia as an MK for 14 years. She’s attended Peace River Bible Institute, Ambrose University and is on summer break from taking nursing at the University of Calgary. She lives in Cochrane, Alberta with her husband Adam. Heather Ann loves spending time with people talking about real issues, and is excited to journey with fellow MKs, unpacking the joys and struggles of life with Jesus, transition, and living in Canada.
Natasha (Tash) Ingram | Co-Director
Tash loves rain, hiking, yoga, scrapbooking, working out, cooking, and being with the ones she loves. Whether it’s her husband Jordan, her brothers and sister, her many 'parents', or friends, there is not much more she loves than meaningful conversation and getting out and enjoying life. While she has lived most of her life in Calgary, it has been full of transition. She has a degree in Youth Ministry, and nine years of working with teens through various avenues. Tash loves to journey with others in life and relationship with Jesus!
