Dear friends.

God answered our prayers at the April 12^th “Sweet Sounds” evening:

• challenging and entertaining stories by Michele Phoenix;

• worshipful and joy-filled singing by The Alumni Project;

• delicious sweets for all while making new friends and enjoying longstanding relationships;

• all enveloped by the lemon-yellow and lime-green floral decorations.

MICHELE:

Michele Phoenix was captivating, engaging and beautifully articulate in the way she wove lessons about the ‘yays & yuks’ of MK life through her own challenging yet redeeming story of growing up as an MK in Paris.

THE YAY AND YUCK DUCKS: Michele uses this imagery to help young MKs connect with the positives and challenges of MK life.

THE ALUMNI PROJECT:

The Alumni Project brought the evening together through their beautiful harmony with songs of many different genres providing something for everyone. Sonja beautifully led us in singing the doxology ending an evening dedicated to glorifying God.
